re-wild/re-connect Art Psychotherapy Thesis
My thesis started with a feeling. A feeling that grew through the recognition of that same feeling in others. This feeling was Loneliness, and it seemed to manifest itself everywhere; from my professional work during my trainee Art-Psychotherapy placement, to my everyday interactions.
Through an exploration of Eco-Art Therapy (EAT), the thesis sought to study a experience of loneliness in a Western, industrialised society.
Below I present this wordless narrative piece, made as part of my Art Psychotherapy Thesis.
Thank you for visiting and reading.
If you would like your own physical copy of my wordless narrative I have some available through the re.leaf store (on this site) or direct message to the ReLeaf instagram account, @re.leaf. (They are £5)
Your support for this work is very much appreciated. I hope to continue my exploration of related topics and evolving them into the art of wordless narratives. The aim this is to make ideas and inspiration for thought more accessible .
