is inspired by personal interest in eco-art therapy - this is grounded in the understanding that we are deeply connected to nature, and that healing can emerge through our relationship with the world around us.

Just as trees renew themselves through the seasons, we too can “re-leaf” as we navigate life’s changes and challenges.
