What is Art Therapy?
Art therapy is a form of psychotherapy that can use discussion and/or creative expression—such as drawing, painting, or collage—to support emotional wellbeing.
It can help people with:
Managing emotions – anxiety, sadness, or feeling stuck
Creative self-expression – finding safe ways to communicate feelings
Building resilience – mindfulness, grounding, and coping strategies
(No artistic skills needed)
